'Killer of a Time'. This costume was made in about 1998 and was a finalist in the World of Wearable Art, Awards in New Zealand. The piece is crocheted out of recycled plastic bags. The hat is made from an up cycled hat and red plastic bottle tops. The piece was bought by WOW and was in their collection for approximately 20 years. They then ran out of room and offered to return it to me.
